[kyoo-ree-oh]
An object that is unusual, novel, or interesting - typically part of a collection accumulated over time

Who is this for?
Today's people - students to senior leaders - who are too overrun with noise, change and volatility to be aware of what holds them back and truly moves them forward.
Why Curios Development?
The mission statement is simple: to make presence accessible for people in a modern world.
We achieve that by bringing conscious decision-making and self-awareness to the forefront of people development.
And in non-consultant-speak?
At Curios Development we provide flexible, interactive training that unpacks the curios you carry with you. Examining the beliefs, the perspectives, the experiences you hold on to, keeping those that serve you and replacing those that hold you back.

When talking about our physical presence in Australia we must also acknowledge the history of that presence. The place we call "home" sits on land far older than we can imagine, land that was never ceded, with a proud and rich history that must be honoured. We acknowledge and pay our respects to the past, present, and emerging Traditional Custodians and Elders of these lands.
"Stingrays Playing" by Mervyn. This work is from the Boom Gate Gallery in NSW, which exhibits and sells artworks from inmates in correctional facilities in NSW. The right to reproduce this work was purchased with permission from the artist with 75% of the price going directly to them. I mention this to try and do better by following through my acknowledgement and supporting indigenous artists. If you are considering doing the same or have any feedback on how I can improve, please reach out.
